1. App Overview
Replo is a mobile fitness application that uses your device's camera and Artificial Intelligence to track and count repetitions for various exercises (e.g., Push-ups, Squats, Pull-ups). The app provides workout analytics, history tracking, and progress visualization.
2. Subscription Services
2.1 Available Subscriptions
Replo Premium offers the following auto-renewable subscription options:
- Weekly Subscription: $1.99 per week
- Yearly Subscription: $29.99 per year (Best Value)
Note: Prices may vary by location and tax regulations. Current pricing is always displayed in the app at the time of purchase.
2.2 Subscription Features
Replo Premium includes:
- Unlimited access to all exercise types (Push-ups, Pull-ups, Bicep Curls, etc.)
- Unlimited workout history and log storage
- Advanced Analytics (Yearly/Monthly breakdown)
- Ad-free experience
- Priority customer support
2.3 Auto-Renewal Terms
Important Subscription Information:
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Weekly subscriptions renew every 7 days.
- Yearly subscriptions renew every 365 days.
- You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your device's Account Settings after purchase.
3. Payment and Billing
3.1 Payment Processing
All subscription payments are processed through your device's app store (Apple App Store). Payment will be charged to your app store account upon confirmation of purchase.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 How to Cancel
For iOS users:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Find Replo and tap it
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
4.2 Cancellation Terms
- You can cancel your subscription at any time.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
5. Physical Activity Disclaimer
Safety Warning:
- Replo is a tracking tool, not a medical device or personal trainer.
- You engage in physical exercise at your own risk.
- Ensure you have adequate space to perform exercises safely without hitting objects or furniture.
- Maintain proper form to avoid injury; the app counts reps but does not correct your posture.
- Consult a doctor before starting any new fitness regime.
6. User Responsibilities
- Place the phone securely to avoid damage during workouts.
- Ensure adequate lighting for the AI camera to function correctly.
- Do not use the app if you are feeling unwell or injured.
7. Limitation of Liability
Replo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app, including physical injury or phone damage.
